Creating and managing your membership is simple. Click the head-and-shoulders icon next to the cart at the top of the website to log in or create an account. You’ll also automatically create an account when purchasing a membership. Once signed in, you can manage everything inside your member portal, including viewing your membership status, entries, and discounts.

No worries — we’ve got you covered. If you forget to apply your membership code, simply email support@tummalamotors.com or contact us through the Contact page and we’ll apply the appropriate multiplier and discount to your order.

To ensure fairness for all members, requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date and before the applicable giveaway entry period closes, whichever comes first.

Membership benefits, discounts, and entry multipliers may only be applied if your membership was active and in good standing at the time the order was placed.

Requests submitted after the giveaway has closed, after winners have been selected, or after the review window has expired may not be eligible for retroactive adjustment.

If your membership was inactive, canceled, or expired at the time of purchase, membership benefits cannot be applied retroactively.

Yes — but unlike many giveaway companies, we use rolling monthly billing. Your membership renews exactly one month from the day you sign up, making it fair and straightforward for our members.

Yes. Members may pause their membership for 1–3 months at a time, for up to 3 total months per year. Membership will automatically resume at the end of the selected pause period unless canceled beforehand.

Paused memberships will retain their loyalty progress and resume from the same milestone once reactivated. However, if a membership is canceled, loyalty progress will reset.

Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account portal. When you cancel, your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. Because membership benefits, discounts, and entries are granted immediately upon signup, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Membership codes and benefits are strictly tied to your individual Tummala Motors account and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person. Each membership is linked directly to your profile, order history, and verification system at checkout.

For security and fairness, we actively monitor membership usage, including login activity and checkout behavior. Sharing or misuse of membership codes is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in suspension or removal of membership benefits.

Members receive early access, priority notifications, and/or exclusive invitations to select Tummala Motors events. These may include car meets, track days, movie nights, private showings, dinners, game nights, giveaway car reveals, and other curated community experiences.

Some events are member-only and completely free, while others are paid, ticketed experiences. Specific paid events (such as certain track days, dinners, or special experiences) may require members to purchase a ticket, as discounts only apply to ticketed events that are open to the public. Member-only events are already exclusive and therefore do not qualify for additional discounts.

All events are subject to availability and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We aim to make our events interactive and engaging whenever possible, often incorporating activities such as games, simulator competitions, contests, and hands-on experiences.

Members may also receive early access to giveaway reveals both in person and online, giving them the first look at new vehicles, prizes, and upcoming launches.

Active Tummala Motors members receive access to an exclusive member-only Discord channel within the official Tummala Motors Discord Server.

This private channel is designed to give members additional community interaction, updates, discussions, announcements, and exclusive experiences beyond the public server channels. Access includes:

• Member-only discussions and networking
• Exclusive announcements and previews
• Event and meetup coordination
• Giveaways, launches, merchandise drops, and community updates
• Additional perks, opportunities, and future member benefits

To maintain community quality and integrity, access requires:

• an active membership
• account verification
• compliance with community guidelines and server rules

Tummala Motors reserves the right to modify Discord features, channels, access levels, and member benefits at any time.

All membership-related entries are securely tied to your Tummala Motors account and updated automatically. Entry activity will be reflected in your member profile and backend system.

Membership discounts, entry multipliers, and entry benefits apply to eligible purchases made at Tummala Motors Lounges and official events. At checkout, simply inform our team that you are a member so benefits can be applied. In the future, we may also introduce physical membership cards or digital verification methods to make this process even more seamless.

If you forget to apply your membership at checkout, you may request adjustments within 7 days of purchase. Our team may also verify membership status during checkout to ensure benefits are properly applied.

If you believe there is an error with your entry tracking, membership benefits, or purchase application, please contact us. Our team will review and correct any discrepancies where applicable.

Yes. Tummala Motors reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits, entry structures, and related offerings at any time. Any updates are made to improve the overall experience and maintain fairness and consistency across the platform.
