  • For vaginal dryness and discomfort, insert approximately 0.25–1 g, or 1–4 clicks, vaginally when prescribed.
  • Use once daily for the first 14 days when prescribed for vaginal dryness and discomfort.
  • After the initial 14-day treatment period, use two to three times per week when prescribed.
  • Follow your provider’s instructions if your prescribed vaginal-use schedule differs.
  • For topical hormone-replacement therapy, apply approximately 0.5–1 g, or 2–4 clicks, to the specified skin area once daily when prescribed.
  • Apply only to clean, dry, intact skin.
  • Rotate application areas when instructed.
  • Allow the cream to absorb before covering the application area.
  • Wash your hands immediately after application.
  • Avoid transferring the medication to another person.
  • The amount delivered per click may vary between dispensing devices.

  • Do not assume every dispensing device delivers the same amount per click.
