How Does Tri-Mix Work?

Papaverine 30 mg/mL / Phentolamine 1 mg/mL / Alprostadil 10 mcg/mL
Papaverine 30 mg/mL / Phentolamine 2 mg/mL / Alprostadil 20 mcg/mL

The two formulations should not be used interchangeably without provider instructions

How To Take

Use only after receiving proper injection training
Inject only the dose shown on your prescription label
Inject into the side of the penis as instructed by your provider
Alternate injection sides and locations
Do not inject into visible veins, scar tissue, irritated skin, or infected areas
Use a new sterile needle and syringe for every injection
Do not adjust or repeat a dose without provider instructions
Do not use more than once in 24 hours or more than three times per week
Do not combine with another ED treatment unless specifically instructed.
Follow the pharmacy’s storage and beyond-use instructions.
Seek emergency care for an erection lasting four hours or longer.
